The benefit brochure outlines the plan features for all benefit programs along with the customer service numbers for all carriers represented. This colorful, glossy brochure is enhanced with your company logo and language to create that personal feel. Other important benefit plans such as vacation time, holiday time, sick time etc. are also included to answer many of the commonly asked questions.
Communication can be taken to the next level by designing a customized benefits website. Separate pages emphasize the plan specific features for each benefit level (Medical, Dental, Life, Disability and Retirement). Plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) are posted to each specific page. A separate HR page can help communicate company specific programs as well.
