Assessment

As we begin to work with your company, a thorough review of all benefit programs is conducted.  Included in this review are the Medical, Dental, Life, Disability (both Long and Short), and Retirement Plans.  Plan features, funding and documentation are all considered.  We will also provide benchmarking studies on regional and national levels to assist in competitive analysis. The overall purpose of the review is to identify and act on potential areas of concern so that the final offering is complete and reflective of your company's unique needs and culture.  

Benefit Communication

You invest a great deal of your time, effort and company funds in developing and implementing these very important benefits for your employees.  Communicating the benefits to your current and future employees is essential in order for you to receive a return on your investment. 

While we meet with your employees as often as you would like, day to day communication is enhanced by our Customized Benefit Brochures and Customized Website Design.

The benefit brochure outlines the plan features for all
benefit programs along with the customer service numbers for all carriers represented.  This colorful, glossy brochure is enhanced with your company logo and language to create that personal feel.  Other important benefit plans such as vacation time, holiday time, sick time etc. are also included to answer many of the commonly asked questions.

Communication can be taken to the next level by designing a customized benefits website.  Separate pages emphasize the plan specific features for each benefit level (Medical, Dental
, Life, Disability and Retirement).  Plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) are posted to each specific page. A separate HR page can help communicate company specific programs as well. 
  
Compliance

Compliance reviews are conducted initially and periodically to reduce a client's exposure to unnecessary risk.  Proper plan design, required Federal and State filings and plan documentation are monitored closely to ensure your compliance.
